Legendary Of Original Gimbab(OG) by Zainol

    The beginning idea of the Original Gimbap (OG) comes from the five members of the OG Platoon. After finish the war training the five members want to create one of the plan to expand their success for future. One of the members that have a skill on cooking announce his idea on why not we create some food that simple but popular among people. We discussing the idea and choose Gimbap as the simple and popular food but we change the taste like local taste that is suitable with our culture. We all five members agreed to give our business name as OG that means Original Gimbap from a local taste. After we have been decide our business name we create detail task for every member to start and running our plan. We create position for every member to make our business running smoothly. Firstly the boss of our business is automatically our OG Platoon Chief Mueez. Second our Masterchef Bro Syukur. He his very skillfull compare to us. Next is our Marketer, Bro Hazim & Bro Rhiezan. Both of them has a skill to influence others and always has a idea how to promote something and to expose it to people among them. 

    He is very good and detail person to manage our business money and how to use it in order to maintain our profit. In order to make our Gimbap suitable with our local taste we create some menu for our local customer. The first menu is Gimbap Sambal Ikan Bilis. We create this menu is because sambal ikan bilis is familiar with our culture and when its combine with rive with vinegar, put also with cucumber slices, roll it and become a gimbap the taste absolutely become unique. Next, the other menu is Gimbap Serunding and Gimbap Rendang Ayam. We change the main ingredient sambal ikan bilis with serunding and rendang ayam. Therefore our customer may choose which menu according their wants. Finaly, our main focus is on customer satisfaction.We want our customer try our product for the first time and continue repeat to buy our product. We hope that our business can sustain in the market and can compete with other rival. We also hope that we can grow up our business in the future to become more success and more relevant to our customer from time to time.
