OPERATIONS PLAN

Business location
The proposed place is in the business compound kuliyyah economy located next to the cafeteria and Lecturer Theatre 1. The place is very strategic because it is the path of students from the kuliyyah room to the cafeteria and to other kuliyyah buildings. another one of our stalls will not be affected by the weather conditions as we are under the building. to find our store is not difficult because we are the only store that sells Gimbap and we will put a big poster featuring gimbap there so that our store is easy to find. In addition, we will distribute kite paper to as many students as possible, especially to economics college students to describe the condition of our shop so that they are happy to find our shop.

Operation 
Each group will get one class table and one chair from Daya Bersih. In addition, Ms. Fatin already issued a letter of excuse to all the participants to make it easy for us to manage the booth during Entrepreneurship Week. First of all, we'll meet and talk from time to time and we'll have a better idea of how we'll be doing our sales later on. Every group member must offer ideas about what kind of goods we want to sell, survey the market and potential suppliers, and the selection of the items. Instead, in the evening before the Entrepreneurship Day, we'll visit our place. Due to the restricted supply from Daya Bersih, this is to confirm the location of our booth and to prepare for the extra supplies that we need to carry along the next day. We'll bring in additional seats, tables and other items to make us happy and excellent. We'll build our price tag at this time, poster and business model canvas with colorful manilla card at that night. Besides that, we will modify and decorate our booth to make it cheerful to attract customers. We'll be following the plan that morning that we've planned to take care of the booth. There will be 1 person who will be in charge of the booth just every two hours. Each member of the group who has no class at all is welcome to come to the booth and make our booth merrier. We will be supplying small cash for our customers to make it easy. Every cost and sales will be reported in detail. We assume that our goods will suffice to cater for customers until 5 P.M. We 're going to do housekeeping to keep your place clean. Lastly, after the booth is closed that night, post-mortem among our group members will be performed to strengthen our weaknesses and sustain our strength in the next day's sale.
